ARNP - Primary Care Specialist

Family Health Centers seeks a skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care services in a primary medical care ambulatory clinic setting. The ideal candidate will work independently and interdependently with other FHC providers to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Consult with clinic physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Assess patient needs for specialty referrals, diagnostic testing, and in-patient care, and make appropriate referrals.
- Participate in a shared call system with other providers and assist with meeting clinic patient care team productivity and quality care standards.
- Participate in development and utilization of FHC practice guidelines and procedures, and participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- A valid license to practice as an ARNP with evidence of prescriptive authority in the State of Washington.
- No prior experience is required, but a strong understanding of primary care principles and practices is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a community health setting and interact with diverse individuals.
