About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team at Veterans United Home Loans. As a key member of our Customer Service Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about our loan products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve client issues and concerns.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed and accurate responses.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish language, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
