At PSG Global Solutions Careers, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, United States. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in the Healthcare Systems and Services industry and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion and documentation of day-to-day work activities, accurately entering facility enrollments for approval, denial or rejection, and verifying and processing electronic or manual replenishment requests.
  • You will also troubleshoot internal processes, caller and customer issues, communicate with facilities to review exception reports and resolve program issues, and act as a liaison between the program and distribution center.
  • Additionally, you will maintain spreadsheets for monthly reports, meet department customer service and call standards, troubleshoot order issues, print, mail or fax program correspondence, validate facility licensing, process facility inbound correspondence, and perform clerical duties such as filing, faxing, shredding, etc.
  • As a team player, you will participate in department meetings and perform ad-hoc projects for management, creating and drafting program letters as needed, and training and reviewing on program/product modules.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • A minimum of 1 year call center experience is required, with Medicare knowledge being a plus.
  • You must be customer-focused, with fast and accurate data entry skills, a clear and pleasant speaking voice, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, troubleshoot issues, and work with little or no supervision is also essential.
  • You should be able to adapt quickly to a changing environment, interact with a diverse group, and calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
  • Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is a plus, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is also required.
