Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based nursing research initiatives to improve patient outcomes and advance the field of nursing science.
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership, executives, and staff to develop and sustain high-impact initiatives that promote quality and safety.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including academic institutions and research organizations, to advance nursing research and education.
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on research methods, evidence-based practice, and research utilization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in nursing and healthcare, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in nursing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in nursing research or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement studies, collect and analyze data, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including nursing staff, leadership, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
