Front Desk Staff Assistant

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Staff Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and handling hotel operations with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Operate the front desk computer system and maintain accurate records
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless hotel operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic arithmetic functions and ability to handle cash
