We are seeking a skilled Furniture Sales Consultant to join our team at Rooms To Go. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers to understand their home furnishing needs
  • Uncover customer's design vision and provide solutions to meet their needs
  • Generate sales through a consultative approach and build rapport with customers
  • Work as a team to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations
  • Explain financing and protection plans to customers
  • Demonstrate product value and explain benefits that fulfill customer's needs

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, but not required (will train the right candidate)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to use current electronic devices, such as tablets and touch screens
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay averages around $70,000 - $100,000 per year based on commission and position location.
