Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bridal Fashion Consultant to join our team at Chally Bridal and Prom. As a Bridal Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting brides-to-be in selecting the perfect wedding dress, and driving sales in a fast-paced, upscale bridal boutique environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of the store's inventory, including styles, designers, and price points.
  • Conduct bridal appointments, ensuring that each bride receives personalized attention and guidance throughout the shopping experience.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals by closing sales and offering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, dressing rooms, and inventory area.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to create an enjoyable and memorable shopping experience for all customers.
  • Stay current on industry trends and fashion to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in retail sales, fashion, or customer service preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a genuine passion for helping brides-to-be find their dream dress.
  • Sales-driven mindset and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver wedding dresses, assist customers in dressing rooms, and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
