Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and execute quality, food safety, allergen, recall, and HAACP systems
  • Operate all equipment onsite to support the production of product samples for customers
  • Oversee day-to-day food safety and quality systems, including executing and continuous improvement of FSQ systems and maintaining/optimizing lab equipment
  • Lead audits and auditors, and execute follow-up actions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, scientific, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or quality control management in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries
  • Maintaining food/beverage quality systems and standards, conducting quality control analytical testing methodologies
