Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team at Oracle. As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development and implementation process of specific company products involving departmental or cross-functional teams.
  • Plan and direct schedules, monitor budget/spending, and lead quoting teams.
  • Responsible for thorough communication with the Client Data Service leadership team.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, executive leaders, and product owners to understand customer needs and identify solutions.
  • Develop and maintain high-level project plans, including project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with hands-on technical project/program management, preferably in a related industry.
  • Client-facing experience with Oracle Health systems/programs is a must.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish/maintain high-level customer trust and confidence.
  • Ability to lead technical design discussions, summarize complex trade-offs, and represent engineering perspectives to partner organizations.
  • Aptitude to work across multiple geographies and cultures, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
