Client Services Director

- Manage the Client Services Department, driving productivity and service level achievement, and determining staffing levels and specific assignments to ensure all customer requirements are profitably met.
- Directly supervise employees and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Establish and report on departmental metrics to ensure continuous improvement in departmental productivity and quality.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure customer needs are met and revenue budget is achieved, including determining and/or authorizing prices, production plans, participating in new customer installations, requests for proposals, meeting with customers, and providing general support to the Sales team as appropriate.
- Act as a member of the facility management team by attending all leadership meetings and participating in employee/facility-wide meetings as appropriate.
- Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
- Three years of management experience, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred or a combination of the two.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
- Business and process knowledge in print, digital print, direct mail, mail, warehouse management, or fulfillment, including manufacturing, customer service, quality, and administration.
- Leadership skills to inspire respect and trust, motivate others to perform well, effectively influence others toward accomplishments of objectives/goals, foster cooperation and consensus from the team, build morale and team commitment, and establish productive relationships.
- Strong verbal, written, and listening skills, with the ability to read, create, and explain SOPs, clearly communicate detailed instructions, and effectively respond to or present information to customers, vendors, and KP employees.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with customers to develop realistic time frames and objectives and commit to exceeding customer expectations.
- Planning and organization skills to create procedures and systems for a smoother workflow.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations to anticipate/identify potential problems, collect relevant information, evaluate options, and recommend appropriate actions, and offer solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to be open-minded, fair, and effectively interact with employees and customers.
