About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Central Parking. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in your assigned region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business plan to acquire new clients through focused sales and relationship-building strategies.
  • Build and maintain a full pipeline of business, ensuring timely documentation of prospect and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Lead with the client in mind, achieving individual, team, and organizational quotas associated with revenue generation and margins.
  • Partner with our Client Success team to cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with existing customers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate pricing, product offerings, and timelines in RFPs and contracts.
  • Drive to exceed metrics, planning and managing budgets for travel and associated expenses.
  • Establish a personal brand in the industry through partnerships, events, online presence, and public speaking engagements.
  • Champion the Passport brand internally and externally, promoting a positive company image.
  • Monitor the implementation pipeline to run strategic plays around launches.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects in key markets around the region.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of business experience, preferably in B2B/BTG sales or experience selling with a long sales cycle or complex contracting.
  • SaaS experience or government experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of sales tools such as SalesForce or Clari.
  • Proven track record of consistently delivering at and above quota with outbound sales.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal and client teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
