Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Integrated Property Management. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in various duties, including leasing, accounting, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Property Manager in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Be proficient in the OneSite rent-roll accounting system and perform tasks such as posting monies, reporting, and processing invoices.
  • Provide backup support for the Leasing Associate and perform duties as described in the Company job description for that position.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalency with basic office administration and mathematics skills.
  • Preferred experience with communities over 350 units.
  • One year of OneSite experience required.
  • One year of assistant manager experience required.
  • Lease up experience is preferred.
  • A+ property experience.
  • Some weekend work possible.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
