Overview

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
• Greet visitors, respond to phone calls, and handle correspondence in a timely and professional manner
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
• Assist with special projects and events as needed
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, students, and community members

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two years of experience in a related field, preferably in a public-facing role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits
