Autonomous Behavioral Support Specialist

The role involves implementing behavior plans and training caregivers, requiring a deep understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles. To excel in this position, you must possess a Registered Behavior Technician License and be board certified by the BACB. Training will be provided for those without certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior plans to promote positive change
  • Provide one-on-one support to clients in various settings
  • Train caregivers to ensure effective service delivery

Requirements:

  • Active RBT certificate
  • Active BLS certificate
  • Drivers License and Insurance
