Behavioral Support Specialist for Individuals with Autism

As a Behavioral Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one support to clients in various settings, including homes and community locations.
This position involves implementing behavior plans and training caregivers to ensure effective service delivery.
We believe in an integrated approach to foster positive change in our clients' lives, serving individuals from ages 2 through adulthood.
Duties- Provide individualized support to clients based on their unique needs and circumstances.
- Implement behavior plans developed by ADEAF Inc.'s team of experts.
- Train caregivers on strategies for supporting clients effectively.
Work hours vary based on client age and needs, typically in the afternoons, evenings, and occasionally on weekends or at school sites. This flexibility makes this ideal for teachers, students, and parents with relevant experience.
Candidates must be board certified by the BACB; training will be provided for those without certification.
Spanish speakers and Tricare certified individuals are a plus.
Job Requirements- Applied Behavior Analysis/Paraprofessional - 1 year.
- Active RBT certificate.
- Active BLS certificate.
- Drivers License and Insurance.
- High school diploma.
Mandatory for all Employees:
- Background Check.
- TB Test clearance.
