Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Tri-Lift Industries Inc. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to grow our revenue, reputation, and customer satisfaction.
About UsTri-Lift Industries Inc. is a third-generation family business that represents CLARK, BYD, and Liugong forklifts, as well as aerial equipment and solutions. We cover North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, providing industry-leading products and services to enhance our customers' businesses.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $65,000, depending on experience. Our competitive compensation package includes:
- Base Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year
- Commission-based Incentives
- Monthly Car Allowance and Company Gas Card (Option 1)
- No Commission, Monthly Car Allowance, or Company Gas Card until off the guarantee (Option 2)
This Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- 12-15 phone calls per day to current customers in their assigned territory to follow up on previous sales, gather account information, and update CRM systems.
- 12-15 prospecting phone calls per day to new potential customers to introduce themselves, gather account information, schedule appointments, and generate quotes.
- Daily usage of CRM tools to build a schedule days/weeks in advance.
- Achieving the assigned total sold quota for target customers, competitive, and non-users.
- Marketing of sales of all equipment and services offered by the company.
- Creating new accounts and maintaining existing account bases.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong knowledge of the material handling industry.
- Effective communication skills for dealing with internal and external customers.
- Four-year college degree with high-level business acumen and/or equivalent experience.
- Ability to build a schedule and adhere to it.
- Documented plan in the CRM system for communication, visibility, and accountability.
