Job Description:
OverviewAt JobRialto, we're seeking a skilled Patient Care Specialist to join our team. As a Registered Nurse with experience in telemetry or critical care units, you'll provide high-quality patient care while monitoring cardiac rhythms and ensuring adherence to safety and healthcare standards.
Responsibilities- Monitor and assess patients requiring telemetry, including cardiac rhythm analysis.
- Administer medications, IVs, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Perform frequent assessments to detect changes in patient condition and take immediate action when necessary.
- Provide education to patients and their families about conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and quality care standards.
- Current and unencumbered RN license in the state of employment or compact state.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a telemetry or critical care unit.
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid).
Salary: $62,000 - $82,000 per year.
