Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our Government, Nonprofit, & Institutions group. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with top organizations in the government and nonprofit sectors. You will leverage your industry knowledge, banking experience, and contacts to identify opportunities and provide innovative solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government and nonprofit clients to identify opportunities and provide innovative solutions
  • Work closely with our Community Development & Corporate Social Responsibility group to add value to our clients and prospects
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to our clients
  • Collaborate with our product partners to identify opportunities to deepen our relationships with clients and accelerate new client acquisition
  • Manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve production goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field/experience required
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial banking experience required, including prior experience in credit analysis and/or portfolio management with a focus on government and non-profit clients
  • Formal Credit Training (Commercial Credit Certification, or from another bank) or commensurate underwriting experience required
  • Excellent intrapersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written, with ability to communicate with all levels of employees, management, internal committees, and clients
  • Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office products (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
