Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Program Supervisor to join our team at Manheim Township. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and responsible use of our facilities, as well as providing excellent customer service to program participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure participants and volunteers are entering and exiting facilities according to school district safety standards.
  • Interact respectfully and professionally with all participants, providing clear and concise instructions as needed.
  • Act as a positive ambassador for the Township, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Provide customer service and direct program participants, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Ensure that participants stay in compliance with school district rules and regulations during program.
  • Perform closing procedures and ensure that all equipment is secured before leaving the premises.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms, push items overhead, occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • Ability to talk, hear, and see, with a focus on hearing normal conversations, alarms, and other emergency signals.
  • Ability to work outside, occasionally lifting up to 15 pounds.
  • Dexterity is mandatory, with frequent use of hands and fingers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Public speaking skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the public.
  • Conflict resolution skills, with the ability to enforce school district rules and regulations.
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to provide clear and concise instructions.
