About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Market Access and Reimbursement team in Oncology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing market access launch strategies for our innovative products, including Telisotuzumab vedotin (Teliso-V), an investigational HCP-administered product for NSCLC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market access launch strategies and tactics in partnership with cross-functional partners, including marketing analytics, brand marketing, clinical development, medical affairs, HEOR, government affairs, medical and regulatory review, OEC, and legal.
  • Build a value proposition that conveys the clinical and economic value provided by our products, understanding and articulating the business implications and economic impact for each stakeholder.
  • Lead the coordination of relevant stakeholder involvement for successful payer coverage and reimbursement of our products at launch.
  • Coordinate and manage agency relations and activities in conjunction with external collaboration partners to enable development of core launch materials for Market Access Field Teams.
  • Partner with marketing analytics and insights to drive primary market research activities designed to inform launch strategy and development of value proposition.
  • Partner with the Supply Chain Team regarding the distribution network to ensure seamless patient access to therapy.
  • Liaise with Patient Services, Consumer Marketing, and Trade to ensure patient support is coordinated and aligned.
  • Create and track a set of launch KPIs to measure access goals.
  • Serve as a US Market Access and reimbursement subject matter expert and provide guidance to Global Commercial Development and Global Market Access and Pricing teams around the US Market Access environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required to demonstrate an appropriate level of business acumen, the ability to process scientific information and financial analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand clinical aspects of a pharmaceutical product and its application to marketing strategy and tactical execution.
  • 5-7 years of marketing or market access experience required.
  • Previous experience supporting HCP-administered assets.
  • Knowledge of the Commercial and Medicare FFS aspects of the Medical Benefit and associated utilization management and reimbursement dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Oncology experience strongly preferred, but not required.
  • 3 years of US Market Access experience preferred.
  • Pre-launch activities and Market Access launch experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial planning and analysis.
  • Master's Degree.
