Marketing Director

AbbVie is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our Emerging Immunology Market Place (EIMP) strategy. As a key member of our Immunology Market Access team, you will be responsible for developing and executing market access strategies to maximize performance and achieve strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead EIMP market access strategy and maintain a pulse on the internal and external environment.
- Align recommendations with Market Access and other cross-functional stakeholders to maximize performance and achieve strategic objectives.
- Develop customized stakeholder messaging and resources for EIMP partnering with Immunology Market Access Marketing brand facing colleagues, MABI, and field account executives.
- Lead EIMP tracking and reporting of market changes and work with key members of the Immunology Market Access team and cross-functional partners to identify, evaluate, and report access changes.
- Lead Immunology Medicare contracting strategy and partner with National Account Directors and internal cross-functional partners to evolve Medicare strategy and contract execution.
- Develop customized stakeholder messaging and resources for the Medicare channel partnering with Immunology Market Access Marketing brand facing colleagues and field account executives.
- Lead or partner on special projects as needed in support of Immunology business objectives.
- Provide positive leadership and influence cultural alignment within US Market Access.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Marketing, Market Access, and immunology experience preferred.
- Cross-functional experiences including field sales, finance, market analytics valued.
- Positive, solutions-oriented attitude required.
