  • Acts as a role model and supports management initiatives to improve department performance
  • Assists in resolving work-related issues and provides guidance to staff members
  • Establishes standards for reducing registration errors and reviews with staff on a regular basis
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in a related field or Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) certification through NAHAM
  • Successful completion of medical terminology and Foundations of Leadership/Leadership HR series within 1 year
