About the Role

Sunrun is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and best-in-class service to existing and prospective customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as a single point of contact for complex issues, collaborating with internal and external parties to resolve customer concerns.
  • Negotiate and communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
  • Prepare and analyze complex financial data, including rate modifications and savings analysis, to support customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Sunrun's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively report training needs and system errors to the QA/Training team, supporting their efforts to improve customer support processes.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role.
  • Proven ability to work with MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel, and proficiency with Google Suite.
  • Touch typing at least 50 WPM.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems, preferably Oracle and Salesforce.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport, build relationships, and loyalty with external and internal customers and coworkers.
  • Strong retention skills, with the ability to prioritize complex responsibilities and execute tasks with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.
  • Embraces change and is flexible to the needs of the business and team.
