We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Payment Center Customer Service Representative to join our team at National Life Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and understand customer needs, responding to a variety of questions and concerns in a high-volume inbound call environment.
- Navigate multiple technology systems to research customer questions and concerns, notate policy information, and submit work items to accurately service customer transactions.
- Process payment-related transactions in accordance with expectations, meeting standards on quality, timeliness, and accuracy.
- Utilize significant product knowledge to guide and educate agents on product features and benefits, asking questions to provide information relevant to the customer's wants and needs.
- Associates degree or higher (preferred)
- 2+ years of professional work experience interacting with customers
- Basic ability to read and interpret information
- Perform arithmetic, ratios, rates, and percentages
