Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service or technical support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree or technical training in a related field
  • Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management System
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and technical support
Working Conditions

This is a full-time hourly non-exempt position. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a professional hybrid office environment and be physically and mentally able to perform duties for extended periods of time.
