Liquor and Lottery Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team at the Department of Liquor and Lottery. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing digital applications, and addressing their questions and concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process digital applications and winning claims, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Liaise with licensees and winners to address their questions and concerns, providing clear and concise information.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer needs and achieve departmental goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A keen attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a quick-paced environment.
