**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Daily Property Field Adjuster to provide excellent claim handling services for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling daily claim work within your designated area, which may include multiple perils.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of property damage claims
  • Develop and implement effective claim handling strategies to ensure timely and fair resolution
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless claim processing
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation of claim activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2-3 years of property field adjusting experience
  • Independent adjusting license in your home state (area of work), or a designated home state license if residing in a non-licensing state
  • Proficiency in Xactimate and/or Symbility software
  • Reliable transportation, computer, digital camera, and other necessary equipment
  • Ability to climb roofs and work in various weather conditions

**Working Conditions**

The physical demands of this role require the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to claim sites. You must be able to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods, repeatedly entering and exiting the vehicle. Additionally, you will be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions and make physical inspections of property damage sites.
