We are seeking a skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to enhance our customer support efforts and contribute to our dedicated team of problem solvers.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will work closely with a diverse data team, including AI/ML Engineers, DevSecOps engineers, Product Owners, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and Data Scientists. Your main focus will be on developing Machine Learning models that are essential to a comprehensive pipeline delivering value to our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on experience
  • Strong background in Software Engineering
  • Experience in designing, training, and deploying Machine Learning models (preferably with PyTorch)
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker
  • Knowledge in various ML domains, particularly NLP, CV, and Time Series
  • Demonstrated passion for innovation and collaboration across interdisciplinary teams
  • Experience in building and maintaining machine learning pipelines
  • Proficiency in data processing frameworks (Apache Spark preferred)
  • Strong programming and scripting skills (Python preferred)
  • Ability to learn quickly, think analytically, and communicate effectively
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience with modern software development practices, including scrum/agile, Git, and DevOps
  • Must obtain Security+ certification within the first 90 days of employment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Publications or GitHub repositories that demonstrate your expertise
  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Prior experience with LLMs and Agentic Workflows

Clearance Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance

Work Environment:

  • Remote work options available
  • May require occasional travel (up to 25%)

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $110,000 - $180,000
  • Compensation is based on comprehensive experience, demonstrated skills, and proven abilities
