Job Description:

In this role, you will focus on researching, developing, and integrating AI capabilities, particularly for large language models (LLMs). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams in implementing AI/ML solutions
  • Providing secure and trustworthy AI solutions to sponsors
  • Prototyping AI tools to meet operational requirements
  • Evaluating technology solutions and offering recommendations
  • Communicating complex ideas to non-technical audiences
  • Solving AI security challenges as part of project teams

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in computer science or related fields
  • Experience with large language models
  • Proficiency in Python and ML technologies
  • Ability to learn new technologies independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Eligibility for US government security clearance
  • Position requires 50% hybrid on-site work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in computer science or related fields
  • Proven track record of successful AI/ML system deployments
  • Active IC or DOD TS/SCI security clearance
  • 5+ years of impactful work in AI-related fields
