We are seeking a skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to enhance our customer support and contribute to our dedicated team of impactful problem solvers.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary data team that includes other AI/ML Engineers, DevSecOps engineers, Product Owners, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and Data Scientists. Your main focus will be on developing Machine Learning models that play a crucial role in a broader pipeline aimed at delivering value to our clients.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on experience.
  • Strong background in Software Engineering.
  • Experience in designing, training, and deploying Machine Learning models (preferably using PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Knowledge in various ML domains, particularly NLP, CV, and Time Series.
  • A demonstrated passion for innovation and a willingness to explore new data modalities while collaborating across teams.
  • Experience in building and maintaining machine learning pipelines.
  • Proficiency in data processing frameworks (Apache Spark preferred).
  • Strong programming and scripting skills (Python preferred).
  • A quick learner with analytical thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience with modern software development practices, including scrum/agile methodologies, Git, and DevOps.
  • Must obtain Security+ certification within the first 90 days of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Publications or GitHub repositories that demonstrate your expertise.
  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Prior experience with LLMs and Agentic Workflows.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

Work Environment:

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $110,000 - $180,000.
