Job Description

As a Healthcare Liaison, you will play a crucial role in facilitating high-quality patient care through our innovative telemedicine and in-person exam approach.

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a strong passion for making a difference in the lives of our patients.

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (Licensed in NY)
  • Phlebotomy Certification
  • EKG Certification

You will be responsible for providing basic medical attention to patients, confirming appointments via phone, checking and recording vital signs using our cutting-edge ZiphyCare technology, and capturing ID and insurance cards for patient charts.

Additionally, you will explain procedures to patients, collect specimens such as blood and nasal swabs, drop off specimen collections to Labs, fill out after-visit summaries, and sanitize equipment following CDC guidelines.

You will also ensure that all equipment is charged and in working condition every morning before going to appointments and put in maintenance tickets for any broken equipment.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and bedside manner skills, excellent time management and organizational skills, and good technology skills.

A bonus requirement is bilingual English as well as Spanish or Mandarin, familiarity with CDC guidelines, and at least one year of experience in a related field.

This position requires traveling to patient's homes and will be based in NYC, Manhattan, covering various areas including the 4 Boroughs and Westchester.
