Macdonald & Company is seeking a seasoned professional to join their team as a Vice President of Asset Management. This pivotal role will play a crucial part in shaping the strategic direction and maximizing the value of a diverse portfolio of properties.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute asset management strategies that enhance property value, optimize cash flow, and ensure the successful execution of key capital projects.
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of each asset's unique operational challenges and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Oversee and guide large-scale capital projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between contractors and service providers, with a focus on on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property management teams, proactively addressing issues and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, comparing monthly and quarterly financials against budgets, and ensure data integrity and accuracy.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Willingness to travel within California.
