We are currently looking for a motivated and passionate Educational Solutions Consultant to enhance our sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue and bookings through effective cross-selling initiatives within our established customer network. This position is ideal for individuals eager to develop their sales expertise in a nurturing and growth-oriented environment, directly contributing to our goal of delivering high-quality educational solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Selling Initiatives: Identify and pursue opportunities to promote additional educational products and services to existing clients, enriching their experience and generating further revenue.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong connections with current clients, including educators and institutions, to understand their requirements and offer customized solutions.
  • Sales Campaign Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing team to implement targeted cross-selling campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness within the education sector.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and surpass individual sales objectives while contributing to the overall team goals in early education.
  • Product Expertise: Acquire a thorough understanding of our educational offerings and effectively convey their benefits to clients.
  • Data Management: Utilize CRM tools to monitor customer interactions, sales activities, and campaign outcomes, with a focus on educational impact.
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional domestic travel may be necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a customer-facing capacity.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow within a sales-oriented career.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Ability to quickly grasp educational product features and their applications.
  • Basic analytical skills to assess sales data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to educators and parents.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with a commitment to achieving and exceeding goals.
