Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Educational Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will focus on driving revenue and bookings through strategic cross-selling initiatives within our existing client base.   • Sales Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted cross-selling campaigns and assess their effectiveness in the education sector.
  • Sales Objectives: Achieve and surpass individual sales targets while contributing to team objectives within the early education context.
  • Product Expertise: Gain a comprehensive understanding of our educational offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Data Management: Utilize CRM tools to monitor client interactions, sales activities, and campaign performance, with a focus on educational outcomes.
  • Occasional Travel: Be prepared for occasional domestic travel as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in a customer-facing role.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a sales career.
  • Understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a desire to learn and implement new strategies in the education sector.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Ability to quickly learn and comprehend educational product features, advantages, and applications.
  • Basic analytical skills to assess sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex concepts to educators and parents.
