As a Healthcare Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in assessing potential patients to ascertain their eligibility for admission. You will manage a designated sales and marketing area, develop strategic plans, and engage with potential referral sources while embodying our company values in your daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize your assigned sales territory by creating, executing, and refining sales strategies based on market data and facility requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client profiles, and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Conduct thorough pre-admission evaluations for prospective patients in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate marketing and public relations initiatives, including conferences, seminars, advertising, and media relations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Experience in healthcare sales is highly desirable.
  • Current clinical state license in good standing (Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist) is mandatory.
  • Must possess a valid driving record, current driver's license, and be insurable.
