We are seeking a highly skilled Service Writer to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Initiating work orders for technicians and coordinating with them to resolve customer issues
- Assisting with cellular support tickets in ServiceNow and other tasks as needed
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Passion for the IT industry and a strong understanding of technical concepts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
