Overview

CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region is a leading healthcare provider in Colorado, Utah, and Kansas, committed to delivering high-quality care to our patients and employees. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Coordinator to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, KS.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a clinical leader and coordinator for the ICU team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among staff members.
  • Provide guidance and support to RNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination.
  • Supervise and mentor RNs and other staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in Kansas or participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • One year of RN experience in ICU or critical care setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
