Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the evolving tastes of our guests
- Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success
- Collaborate with our Executive Chef to develop and execute culinary strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance the guest experience
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, food safety, and sanitation, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff
- Participate in service education programs to ensure that all staff members are knowledgeable about our culinary offerings and can provide exceptional service to our guests
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or hotel
- 2 or 4-year degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
- Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Awareness Certification (if applicable)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of financial and business metrics, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Advanced knowledge of culinary arts, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- A competitive salary range of $70,000 to $82,000, depending on experience and qualifications
