Adecco Medical is in search of a Nursing Director for a prominent non-profit Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care establishment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, organization, direction, and staffing of nursing resources.
  • Guarantee that staff are equipped with the necessary resources and support to meet the care requirements of residents in Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care settings.
  • Ensure adherence to State and Federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid and unrestricted RN license in Washington.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Director of Nursing role (consideration for less experience will be given to exceptional candidates).
  • Familiarity with surveys, particularly in the state of Washington (preferred).

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • No on-call responsibilities.
  • Occasional weekend or survey coverage may be required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary up to $160,000.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, and 403b, available after 30 days.
  • Paid time off, including vacation, sick days, and holidays.
  • Performance bonuses up to 10% of base salary.
  • Relocation assistance may be offered for the right candidate.
