We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Nursing Officer to lead our nursing and interdisciplinary care teams at Providence Service. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the transformation of nursing and care delivery across all settings, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes, and promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care, quality, and safety, aligning with Providence Service's mission and values.
  • Nursing Practice and Education: Establish and maintain high standards of nursing practice, education, and professional development, ensuring our nurses are equipped to deliver exceptional care.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
  • Quality Improvement: Lead quality improvement initiatives, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the efficient operation of nursing and interdisciplinary care services, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Professional Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, providing opportunities for nurses to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Proven experience in nursing leadership, with a strong track record of improving patient outcomes and quality care.
  • Certifications: Current RN license and specialty certification (CENP, NEA-BC) or equivalent.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
