Job Description

Victory Automotive Group Inc. is a leading automotive dealership group with over 40 locations across the United States. We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position, with a strong background in automotive sales and service. They will be responsible for managing all incoming sales and service appointment queries, scheduling appointments, confirming pending appointments, and following up with missed appointments.

The Business Development Representative will also be responsible for coordinating questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel, tracking sold vehicles and hot sheets, confirming special order parts, and helping to follow up with phone and internet sales leads.

Additionally, the representative will be responsible for managing all required paperwork and records, preparing documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when needed, and providing administrative assistance as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a similar position (administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Dealership and Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
