  • Mobile Device Procurement: You will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Samsung devices, to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Telecom Carrier Management: You will work closely with telecom carriers to ensure seamless implementations and resolve any outages that may occur.
  • Invoice Analysis and Payment Approval: You will perform monthly invoice analysis, validation, and payment approval on all land, long distance, data, and wireless invoices to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.
  • Mobile Device Audits: You will conduct bimonthly mobile device audits to determine if we should select a more cost-effective plan or need to update our mobile catalog, and communicate concerns to management.
  • Billing Disputes and Resolution: You will track and resolve billing disputes/discrepancies with various carriers, present escalation issues, status reports, and findings to the Director.
  • Mobile Phone Recycle and Inventory Program: You will manage our mobile phone recycle and inventory program to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Paging Systems and Equipment Management: You will manage our paging systems and equipment, including beepers, to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Send Word Now Notifications and Systems Update: You will assist in updating our Send Word Now notifications and systems to ensure seamless communication.
  • Past Due Balances and Credits: You will research past due balances to ensure they are cleared in a timely manner and ensure credits are received and applied.
  • Telecom Circuit and Equipment Inventory: You will maintain an accurate inventory of all telecom circuits, numbers, and equipment.
  • Vendor Claims Resolution: You will work directly with vendors to resolve claims in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Cisco IP Phone Configuration and Installation: You will assist in configuring and installing various CISCO IP Phone models on CUCM various versions.
  • Cisco Unified Contact Center Maintenance: You will perform day-to-day maintenance on the Cisco Unified Contact Center.
