  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to physician practices, ensuring issues are resolved and clients are satisfied.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with applicable accreditation, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; Healthcare Masters or MBA highly preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of healthcare experience, particularly working with physicians and medical group staff.
  • Financial Acumen: Quantitatively and financially focused, with the ability to read a balance sheet and explain financial data.
  • Technical Skills: Tech-savvy, with experience in project management and data analysis.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with providers, management, clients, and staff.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Able to have honest, difficult conversations with doctors about financial performance and areas for improvement.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $115,000 in base pay, exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% and restricted stock units. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
