Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused VIP Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Players Club and Marketing departments, you'll provide administrative support, coordinate VIP player experiences, and promote our hotel, events, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to VIP guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate VIP player experiences, including hotel reservations, event arrangements, and other special requests.
  • Assist with telemarketing and processing of VIP player reservations.
  • Support the Executive Hosts, Casino Hosts, and Executive Marketing Manager with administrative tasks and projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including player tracking and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of VIP player experiences.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a gaming or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
