Job Summary

CAMBA is seeking a highly motivated and organized Case Manager to join our Education Center team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to students, helping them achieve their educational and career goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake sessions with new students, ensuring they understand the services offered at the Education Center and create a personalized Education and Employment Plan.
  • Conduct periodic need assessments of assigned students, creating and maintaining accurate case management files.
  • Help students achieve their goals by scheduling regular information sessions, referring them to relevant programs and services, and monitoring their progress.
  • Collaborate with students to break through barriers and move towards self-sufficiency, recommending and implementing strategies to enhance their participation.
  • Document student progress via regular notes and maintain accurate records.
  • Attend professional development sessions to enhance case management skills.
  • Conduct outcome surveys and follow-up with students and referral organizations to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and one year of applicable experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Masters degree preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and computer skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a community-based organization setting.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Google product skills.
