Senior Account Executive, Private Equity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team at Carta, a leading platform for equity management. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with Private Equity firms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Private Equity market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Private Equity firms, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Communicate the value proposition of Carta's platform to Private Equity firms, highlighting its unique features and benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and manage sales pipelines, ensuring timely and effective execution of sales cycles.

Requirements- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise account executive sales, with a focus on Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Alternative Assets.
- Proven track record of closing Enterprise deals and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of Private Equity deal team language and back-office functions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Flexibility and resilience, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
