About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our station team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our passengers, ensuring their safety and comfort, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate ticketing systems, including Quik-Trak machines and Arrow, to process transactions and issue tickets.
  • Assist passengers with special needs, including those with disabilities, and provide support with luggage and boarding trains.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including the station and surrounding areas, and perform janitorial duties as required.
  • Handle checked baggage, packages, and company materials, and ensure compliance with baggage requirements.
  • Operate baggage equipment, including tow tractors, and push or pull baggage carts as needed.
Requirements
  • Proficient in the operation of ticketing systems, including Quik-Trak machines and Arrow.
  • Able to lift items weighing up to 50lbs and push or pull baggage carts.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to maintain a positive and good-natured attitude.
  • Familiarity with the operation of the Passenger Information Display System.
