Customer Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a State Farm Agent Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
- Utilize your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to provide recommendations and sales support.
- Analyze customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Market and promote State Farm products and services to new and existing customers.
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. You will also have the opportunity to earn additional income through commission and bonuses.
