Responsibilities
  • Manage customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding any issues that may prevent receipt of our products as ordered.
  • Apply knowledge of Demand Planning, Logistics, and Cost Analysis to improve the customer's experience.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related manufacturing, logistics, or business support role.
  • High degree of proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary and Benefits

$20.00-$23.50 per hour. Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life insurance, 401K, paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement.
