As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role as the voice of Affinity Water. Your communication skills and empathy will be essential in providing exceptional service to our customers.
Your Responsibilities
In this position, you will be the initial point of contact for customers reaching out with inquiries and concerns. It is vital to represent the company positively and empathetically.
Drawing from your previous customer service experience, you will understand the challenges posed by dissatisfied customers. However, you will also appreciate the rewarding experience of turning a negative interaction into a positive one. If you thrive on making a difference in someone’s day, this role may be ideal for you.
This position involves managing a high volume of calls daily, with each interaction presenting unique challenges. Your ability to adapt your communication style to meet the diverse needs of our customers will be key in building strong relationships.

Working Hours
The role requires a commitment of 37 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 20:00, Monday through Sunday.
